Upon receiving your package, verify that the condition is correct and shows no signs of tampering or deterioration by transportation, if this is the case, do not accept the order and contact us.
Delivery times by country
We wish you can enjoy your bag in perfect conditions, however, if you detect that the product has manufacturing errors, you can request a return of this within the first 15 days after receiving the product.
To request the return of the product you must follow these steps:
1. Access the "Order History" section of your account at www.janesroad.com
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
3. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to its name.
4. Indicate the amount you want to return (in case you want to return more than one product).
5. Click on "Request a refund".
It is important to indicate by means of an explanation the reasons why you want to return the product, so that our team can better understand why you want to return it.
Once your request is received, our team will validate the reasons, and if it is effective, we will charge in your account balance in the form of credit the value of the product minus the shipping costs, so you can purchase other products of your liking.
